Anne is an assistant professor since march 2021. She is working on biocrystallization processes in dinoflagellates (especially calcite and guanine). She is also developing bio-based materials with applications in optics, catalysis or drug delivery.

AMINA ALIZADE
PhD candidate

mail: amina.alizade@tu-dresden.de
phone: +49 351 463 32507 // CHE/233

Amina joined the group in october 2020. Her phD thesis focusses on dinoflagellate biomaterials as functional hybrid materials. She will explore characterization, functionalization and conversion of dinoflagellate-based porous materials for application in drug delivery, adsorption and catalysis.

mail: maximilian.bott@mailbox.tu-dresden.de
phone: +49 351 463 33746 // CHE/255

Max joined the group in october 2018 as student assistent. In 2019 he did his Bachelor thesis on purine analysis in phytoplankton using C. operosum aff. as model system. As a master student he is continuing to work as student assistant.

ALUMNI

CHRISTOPHER BACHETZKY
Master student 2018

Christopher joined the group in october 2018 working on dinoflagellate cellulose extraction, characterization and functionalization using Peridinium sp. as model system.
